We started our Lean journey years ago after studying “The Toyota Way” by Jeffery Liker. We were drawn to the Lean process, because it challenges us to think outside the box with everything we do. By implementing Lean principles we’re continually assessing how waste and inefficiencies affect each project, which results in a better value for our clients.
